Funded visits for Homeschoolers

We are delighted to offer these sessions to home educated children between the ages of 5 and 15. Thanks to some educational access funding, they are completely free of charge!

Parents are required to remain with their children during these sessions.

You need to fill in the registration form for each and every session you would like to attend please. The form will pop-up when you click ‘Purchase’ on your chosen session.

Families are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as they wish, free of charge; during each session activities will vary but each and every session will comprise the following structure:

A Farm School leader will conduct an educational tour of different parts of Shillingford Organics Farm and will have links to curriculum learning. During the visit, the links between farming, conservation and food production will be explained, using the land as a classroom.

You are welcome to book onto as many sessions as you wish. Your feedback will be sought after each session for our funders. It is the child aged between 5 and 15 whose data should be put on the booking form as this age group is funded. If you also have younger siblings below the age of 5 you are welcome to bring them along under your own monitoring.
